Do you transport waste generated by your own business activities? You will now need to register as a waste carrier (lower tier). 

You can register as a waste carrier using our new and simple tool available on GOV.UK.

Registering costs nothing and lasts indefinitely. You will not have to renew your registration unless your situation changes.
